Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential customers to promote residential/commercial real estate projects.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, roadshows, property expos, and local networking.
Conduct site visits with clients, explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and benefits.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, meetings, etc., to close sales.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide timely sales reports to the manager.
Gather market insights, competitor information, buyer preferences, and update the management.
Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for booking, agreement, and handover processes.
Required Skills:
Strong communication & convincing ability
Passion for sales and target-driven mindset
Willingness for extensive field work and client meetings
Local market knowledge is an added advantage
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Qualification:
Any Degree / MBA (Marketing preferred)
