Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned (both individual & team).
Assign clear monthly & weekly targets
4.Conduct daily reporting (calls, visits, orders booked).
5. Customer & Market Development
6.Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
7.Maintain and strengthen relationships with A & B category customers.
8.Regularly review ABCD customer segmentation for focus and growth.
9.Monitor collection efficiency – ensure payment within agreed credit period.
10.Coordinate with accounts team on overdue payments & PDC follow-ups.
11.Ensure smooth communication between field sales & office staff.
12.Suggest new territories & products based on market gaps.
