About Lavender Bakery & Desserts
Lavender Bakery & Desserts is a growing premium bakery brand specializing in gourmet pastries, customised cakes, and modern desserts. We focus on high-quality craftsmanship, consistent standards, and a fresh, contemporary approach to baking. We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Corporate Sales Executive who can build strong corporate relationships and drive sales for our bakery products, festive hampers, gifting solutions, event orders, and bulk requirements.
Identify potential corporate clients across industries (media, production houses, offices, agencies, hotels, retail chains, etc.)
Conduct outdoor visits, pitch meetings, and product demos.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Actively sell our bakery products, festive hampers, bulk orders, and corporate gifting solutions.
Create proposals, quotations, and customized packages.
Build long-term partnerships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Hospitality teams of corporations.
Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure repeat orders.
Track competitor activities, corporate gifting trends, and new business opportunities.
Suggest new product ideas based on market needs.
Work closely with the production team, outlets, and delivery partners for order execution.
Ensure timely communication and smooth delivery of bulk orders.
3–4 years of hardcore direct corporate sales experience (B2B selling is must)
Background in FMCG, hospitality, gifting, food brands, or corporate services is preferred
Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
Comfortable with outdoor meetings and regular field sales
Confident personality with a strong sales approach
Female candidates preferred for this role
Must be fluent in English & Hindi
Salary range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience and performance)
