Field Sales Executive

•  Experience in fire and safety products and services.

•  Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs

•  Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

•  Completing orders and keeping customers informed of delivery dates

•  Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.

•  Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

•  Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels

•  Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction

•  Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
