Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for DBS Bank savings accounts, current accounts, and other banking products.

• Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and explain product offerings.

• Generate leads through cold calls, references, and market activities.

• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for cross-selling opportunities.

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all RBI and bank policies.

• 12th pass/Graduate (preferred).

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months–3 years of field sales experience.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Must be comfortable with field work.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Two-wheeler preferred (depending on location).
