Job description
Achieving monthly/ yearly sales budget.
Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
Presentation and Negotiation: Present products or services to customers, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals.
Sales Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales progress, track performance against targets, and generate reports.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as logistics, installation, accounts to enhance the customer experience.
Sales Strategies: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient stock of products to meet customer needs.
Problem Solving: Address customer queries, complaints, and issues to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data.
Industry Engagement: Promoting company products to Government & other institutional customers
Preferred candidate profile
0 to 3 years experience in any industry
Experience in furniture, IT equipment, consumer goods will be preferred.
Institutional and direct sales experience
Field Sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of interior design or furniture sales is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client visits and site measurements.
