Field Sales Executive

💼 Job Description:

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves generating leads, conducting site visits, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for construction materials and interior solutions. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential clients/sites

• Promote and pitch our services

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction

• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance

• Explore new markets and locations

• Negotiate and close deals effectively

✅ Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

• Degree holders or Civil Engineering background are a plus

• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Construction/Building materials)

• Freshers with strong interest in sales are also welcome

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Must speak Hindi, Telugu & English•

• Self-driven and goal-oriented

• Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM)

Must own a two-wheeler• with a valid license

• Willing to travel locally as needed
