We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor sales environment. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell smoking accessory products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Identify potential customers and develop new business in assigned territories.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Provide feedback from the market to the sales and product development teams.
Ensure proper product placement, branding, and merchandising at retail locations.
Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
