Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Identify and generate new leads for banking products and services (such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.).
Field Visits: Conduct daily market visits to meet potential customers, explain product benefits, and onboard them.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Targets: Work actively to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets to maximize your incentive earnings.
Documentation: Assist customers with the seamless completion of application forms and KYC documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
Age Limit: Up to 27 years.
Mandatory Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and possess a valid Driving License.
Skills: Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to build a career in sales.
