Job Description

Job Role:: Business Development Executive

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Finance / Marketing preferred) • Fresher Can Apply : Age 21 to 30 Years . Good communication skills in English & Local Language • Passion for sales and customer interaction • CTC 2.50 LPA to 3.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities • Generate new business for the bank through acquisition of Savings & Current Accounts (CASA) . Promote and sell banking products including wealth management and liability products • Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions • Build and maintain strong customer relationships . Participate in marketing activities and campaigns to increase customer base • Ensure compliance with banking policies and internal processes • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service and reporting

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills • Knowledge of banking products and sales process •Energetic, customer-focused and target-oriented personality

The training cost is @25,999 + applicable GST. e The program includes 2 weeks of online training.
