• Negotiate and convince defaulters to make payments.

• Collect payments (cash, cheque, digital) and issue proper receipts.

• Update collection status in the system or manual register.

• Ensure proper documentation and handling of sensitive customer data.

• Maintain high levels of customer service while dealing with difficult customers.

• Provide feedback and market intelligence to the Collections Manager
