Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and field-oriented Field Executives to identify, engage, and onboard female house help providers for the Insta Help category. You will play a key role in expanding our provider base by actively scouting neighborhoods, communities, and referral networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door and community-level scouting to identify skilled or experienced female house help workers.

• Clearly explain Urban Company’s offerings, value proposition, and earnings potential.

• Screen candidates for service readiness, communication skills, and basic hygiene standards.

• Support providers through onboarding steps – documentation, app setup, KYC verification, and initial training.

• Build trust within local communities and generate referrals.

• Track outreach, leads, and conversion metrics regularly.

Requirements:

• 0 – 2 years of experience in field sales, recruitment, or community outreach.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to engage with women across different socio-economic backgrounds.

• Comfort with using mobile apps and digital onboarding tools.

• Fluent in \[insert local languages spoken in the city].

• Prior experience working with blue-collar or female workforce segments is a plus.

Preferred:

• Background in gig economy platforms, NGOs, women’s employment programs, or grassroots outreach.

• Local candidates with understanding of regional clusters and localities preferred.
