Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated and energetic Field Recruitment Officer to recruit Security Guards and Housekeeping Staff from nearby areas of Noida & Greater Noida.

Job Responsibilities

Recruit Security Guards and Housekeeping Staff through field visits and local networking
Visit nearby villages, towns, industrial areas, and labor markets for hiring
Conduct initial screening and coordinate candidate joining
Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate records
Build good relationships with local contacts and referral sources

Requirements

Must own a bike and have a valid driving license
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and field work preferred
Familiar with Greater Noida and nearby locations
