Key Responsibilities
•Conduct door-to-door visits, market surveys, and client meetings to generate leads.
•Promote and explain the benefits of solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.
•Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements.
•Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve daily/weekly targets.
•Maintain customer follow-ups and report daily activities to the Sales Manager.
•Provide feedback from the field to help improve marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements
•Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
•Good communication and convincing skills.
•Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and meeting new people.
•Other Benefits: Travel allowance (if applicable).
