Role Overview

We are hiring a Field Executive to manage on-site property-related activities across residential locations in South-East Bangalore.

This role involves visiting properties, conducting inspections, coordinating with stakeholders, and updating reports through mobile applications. The position is suitable for individuals who are comfortable with field travel and direct interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned residential properties as per daily schedules

• Conduct basic inspections and document observations

• Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and service vendors

• Capture photos and upload updates using company applications

• Support move-in, move-out, and inventory verification activities

• Complete assigned field tasks within defined timelines

• Maintain professional communication during site visits

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass

• Graduates may apply

• Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are eligible

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications

• Good communication skills in English

• Willingness to travel locally for field assignments

• Familiarity with South-East Bangalore locations preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month (CTC) + including incentives + fuel allowance
