Job Description – Field Credit Control Executive

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers/vendors to collect outstanding payments.
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery.
Resolve payment-related queries and disputes.
Maintain collection records and submit daily visit reports.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams for reconciliation.
Build and maintain good customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in field collections/credit control.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
