Key Responsibilities
• Connect with potential customers through company-generated leads and database calling.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable premium projects.
• Schedule and coordinate project site visits with interested clients.
• Conduct project presentations and assist clients during site visits on weekends.
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional follow-ups.
• Coordinate with developer sales teams for inventory, pricing, and booking assistance.
• Deliver a premium and consultative customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Minimum 1 year experience in: o Real Estate Sales / Pre-Sales / Telecalling o BPO Sales / Customer Relationship Management o Luxury Retail / Hospitality / Automobile Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a customer-first approach.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and in-person client interactions.
• Willing to travel across Navi Mumbai and Thane for site visits.
• Strong learning attitude and sales orientation.
Working Structure
• Monday to Friday: Client calling, follow-ups, and site visit scheduling
• Saturday & Sunday: Project presentations and customer site visits execution.
• Weekly Off on Tuesday.
