We are looking for a Field Executive to recruit and onboard maids by conducting local area sourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Visit local areas, chawls, societies, slum clusters, and residential communities to identify potential maid candidates.
Build relationships with local leaders, security guards, brokers, and community contacts for referrals.
Conduct door-to-door sourcing and awareness campaigns.
Explain job opportunities, salary, and benefits to candidates.
Collect and verify candidate documents.
Complete registration and onboarding processes.
Maintain daily sourcing and recruitment reports.
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Requirements
10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in local language.
Comfortable with field work and local travel.
Smartphone mandatory.
Experience in recruitment, sales, field marketing, or community outreach is preferred.
