Field Executive

Core responsibilities

• Prospecting and sales:

  Identify and approach potential customers to promote credit card products and meet sales targets. 

• Product knowledge:

  Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various credit cards to help customers make informed decisions. 

• Application processing:

  Assist applicants with the application process and ensure all necessary documents are submitted correctly. 

• Customer relationship management:

  Maintain a database of prospects and clients, and provide post-sales service, including handling inquiries and resolving issues. 

• After-sales support:

  Ensure credit card activation, follow up with new clients, and explain spending offers to increase card usage.
