CTC : ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on experience & performance)

🎓 Qualification : Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

💼 Experience : Minimum 1+ year in Home Loan / Microfinance / LAP Sales (BFSI domain only)

🏍️ Asset : Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

💳 Credit Score (CIBIL) : Must be 700 or above

🏠 Generate leads for Home Loan & Micro LAP products

🧾 Assess customer eligibility and collect required documentation

🤝 Coordinate with internal teams for loan disbursal

📈 Achieve monthly sales & business targets

📞 Ensure timely repayment follow-ups and maintain good customer relationships
