Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Visit customers at their residence or business premises for payment collectionFollow up with borrowers for EMI dues, bounced payments, or settlementsConduct physical verification of documents (KYC, loan agreements, ID/address proof)Ensure authenticity and completeness of all submitted documentsObtain customer signatures and submit collected documents to the back-office teamMaintain daily visit logs and collection reportsBuild rapport with customers and handle objections or concerns professionallyEscalate complex or non-cooperative cases to the Collection ManagerAdhere to RBI and internal guidelines for ethical recovery practicesResponsible for visiting customers within a 50 km radius of their base location📎 Additional Notes:Background verification is mandatory prior to onboardingPreference for candidates with prior experience in product-based companiesPlease share profiles in Excel or PDF format along with a candidate tracker
