Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships to ensure future payments.
Issue Resolution: Handling customer complaints, disputes, and discrepancies diplomatically.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, payments, and customer interactions.
Reporting: Reporting on collection progress, status, and key metrics to management.
