Manage inquiries for under-construction properties and provide complete project information.
Conduct project/site visits and explain floor plans, amenities, RERA details, pricing, and construction timelines.
Maintain strong follow-up with potential buyers until booking confirmation.
Prepare daily MIS, client follow-up reports, and sales performance updates.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in under-construction real estate project sales (mandatory).
- Strong communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills..
- Ability to explain floor plans, layouts, and cost sheets clearly.
- Basic computer knowledge: Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler with license preferred
