Job Description

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to handle on-site payment collections and customer follow-ups. The role involves visiting customers, collecting pending dues, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining good customer relations and adhering to company policies.---Responsibilities:Visit customers to collect outstanding payments.Follow up with clients on overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans.Maintain accurate records of collections and field visits.Deposit collected cash or cheques and submit receipts on time.Report daily progress to the Collection Manager.Ensure professional and ethical conduct during all customer interactions.---Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduation preferred).0–3 years of experience in field collections or recovery.Good communication and negotiation skills.Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler.Knowledge of local area and basic smartphone handling.
