Job Title: Field Collection Officer

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site visits to customers with overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.

Follow up with defaulting customers to negotiate repayment plans or settlements.

Educate customers about payment schedules, overdue charges, and settlement options.

Address and resolve customer disputes to improve repayment rates.

Promote the use of digital payment methods for smoother transactions.

Locate unresponsive or absconding customers through field investigation.

Coordinate with repo agents and legal teams for vehicle recovery in extreme cases.

Maintain accurate daily collection reports, payment records, and field visit logs

Must have experience in Auto- Loan.
