Collection Executive

Responsible for field-based loan collection and sales activities, including visiting customers for EMI recovery, resolving payment issues, and promoting financial products. Requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and willingness to travel. Two-wheeler preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers for loan recovery, EMI collections, and payment follow-ups.

• Handle field visits to defaulters and ensure timely repayment as per company policy.

• Maintain regular communication with customers to resolve payment issues.

• Promote and cross-sell financial products (loans, insurance, etc.) during field interactions.

• Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and daily reports.

• Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth loan closure and documentation.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure future business opportunities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field collections/sales.

• Basic understanding of loan and finance products.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
