We are looking for a Cluster Manager to join our team at Wandwave Technologies Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in team management, field operations, distributor coordination, and inventory monitoring. Responsibilities include managing a team of Champs, ensuring timely vending machine refills, maintaining product availability, tracking daily operations and collections, and driving cluster performance. The position offers a monthly salary of ₹25,000 + Travel Allowance (TA) + Performance Bonus, along with opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide a team of field executives (Champs).
Monitor vending machine refills, uptime, and product availability.
Coordinate with distributors for stock follow-ups and timely replenishment.
Track daily operations, collections, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
Resolve on-ground operational issues.
Ensure smooth machine operations and achieve performance targets.
Monitor operational metrics and share regular reports with the operations team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, field sales, or team management.
Experience in FMCG, retail, vending, or related industries preferred.
Strong team management and field coordination skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable travelling within Bengaluru East.
Ability to understand dashboards and take data-driven action.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
