Key Responsibilities:
1. OEM & Dealer Network Development:
Act as the primary point of contact between Company and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) dealerships (Maruti, Hyundai, Honda, Toyota, Mahindra, Nissan, Renault, etc.).
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with dealership stakeholders to become their preferred partner for selling used cars/exchange vehicles.
2. Affiliate & Channel Partner Onboarding:
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates, including OEM sales executives and third-party car evaluators, to act as extended arms of Companys sourcing network.
Continuously scout for new affiliate channels (e.g., fleet operators, car rental companies) to diversify the supply chain and onboard them onto the Company platform.
3. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:
Explore and participate in offline car auctions to identify potential inventory that meets Companys quality standards.
Take complete ownership of leads generated through various channels, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Conduct on-ground inspections of vehicles, leveraging your expertise to assess value.
Negotiate and finalize procurement deals with sellers post-inspection, ensuring the purchase price aligns with company benchmarks and market value.
Coordinate the logistics for vehicle inspection and post-purchase transfer.
4. Data & Process Compliance:
Maintain rigorous end-to-end data discipline for all leads generated and deals closed.
Ensure all documentation and processes are compliant with company policies to ensure a smooth transaction flow.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Vendor Onboarding, or Business Acquisition.
Mandatory: Experience must be on the Supply Side (procurement, inventory acquisition, or working with channel partners). B2B sales experience in the automotive sector is a huge plus.
Education: Graduate

Ability to assess vehicle value (training can be provided, but an aptitude for cars is preferred).
