🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (Supply) – Kolkata

📍 Location: Kolkata

💰 Salary: 4–5 LPA + Travelling Allowance
🕒 Experience: 1–3 Years (Supply/Acquisition Experience Mandatory)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Finalize procurement post inspection, including price negotiations
Work on inside leads and take complete ownership of lead conversion
Ensure end-to-end data compliance for all leads
Conduct regular dealer catch-ups and act as a relationship manager
Achieve daily & monthly targets for dealer participation, procurement, and cars sold
Handle dealer grievances and resolve them through internal stakeholders

🔹 Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Business Acquisition (Supply Side mandatory)
Graduate from Tier-2 college or above
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Willingness to work extensively on-field
Self-starter, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
Start-up experience is a plus
