We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer with proven field sales experience to expand our presence in the education, banking, and insurance sectors in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-ground activities.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through field sales activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the education, banking, and insurance segments.
Promote company products/services and explain value propositions clearly to prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and support) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Strong field sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good understanding of education, banking, and insurance products/services.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby areas.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (preferably in education, banking, or insurance industries).
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
