Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for solar panels, solar modules, and related products.
Generate leads from distributors, EPC contractors, installers, builders, and industrial clients.
Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts and channel partners.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, project opportunities, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for solar products.
Prepare proposals, quotations, technical presentations, and contract documents.
Follow up with clients from inquiry to order confirmation and payment collection.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
Attend solar exhibitions, industry events, and trade shows for networking and brand building.
Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, PV modules, BOS, and solar project basics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to generate leads independently and close high-value deals.
Strong market understanding — residential, commercial, industrial solar sectors.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to travel.
Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BE Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
MBA in Marketing / Renewable Energy (added advantage)
