Business Development Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Flex, Signage, Printing, or Branding industry is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of signage materials, printing processes, and pricing.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Own vehicle (preferred).

• Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients from corporate, retail, agencies, and branding companies.

  • Promote company services including Flex Printing, Vinyl Printing, LED Sign Boards, ACP Signage, Hoardings, Outdoor Branding, and Large Format Printing.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and provide suitable solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals to close sales.

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure quality and timely delivery.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
