Job Description

Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients for security guard & facility management services. • Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing plans, and target achievement plans. • Meet potential clients, present company profiles, and prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, builders, societies, industries, malls, and institutions. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Coordinate with Operations and HR departments for deployment and client satisfaction. • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast. • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and identify new business opportunities. • Participate in tenders, RFPs, and bidding processes.
