About the Role
We are looking for energetic and confident individuals for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA). This is a field sales and onboarding role where the candidate will be responsible for approaching potential partners, explaining job opportunities, and driving successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field activities in assigned areas/societies/markets
Generate leads and onboard new partners
Explain company offerings, earnings, and process to candidates
Coordinate with interested candidates for training and documentation
Achieve daily and weekly onboarding targets
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
Build strong local network and referral pipeline.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field sales and travelling locally
Basic smartphone handling knowledge
Ability to achieve targets and work independently
Prior field sales/recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory
