Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and a proven track record in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research

 Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients

 Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

 Conduct regular client visits for business presentations, service demonstrations, proposal discussions.

 Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches

 Negotiate contracts and close deals

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

 Track sales performance and maintain CRM records

 Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

 Min 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

 Strong negotiation and communication skills

 Proven ability to achieve sales targets

 Excellent networking and relationship-building skills

 Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Preferred Skills

 Experience in B2B sales

 Industry knowledge
