Job Description:
UmangIT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, promoting IT services, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
Contact potential clients and explain the company's IT products and solutions .
Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain lead records and sales reports.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work towards sales targets.
