Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Recovery Officer cum Field Officer to recover outstanding OD (Overdraft) dues by visiting customers at their residences or business locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers' homes and business locations for recovery of overdue OD amounts.
Follow up with defaulting customers through field visits and phone calls.
Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.
Collect payments and ensure timely deposit as per company procedures.
Maintain daily recovery reports and customer visit records.
Escalate difficult recovery cases to the Reporting Manager.
Ensure recovery activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
