Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our dynamic sales team across Tamil Nadu. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers by opening Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA) for individuals and businesses.
This is a hybrid sales role with 50% fieldwork and 50% office-based responsibilities, providing a balanced work exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell Current & Savings Accounts.
Conduct customer meetings in-person (field visits) and follow up via phone or digital channels.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable banking products.
Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance during account opening.
Achieve monthly targets for account openings and cross-sell banking products.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare daily reports and update CRM systems as required.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in field sales (local travel required).
Basic understanding of banking and financial products is a plus.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
