JOB DESCRIPTION: focuses on selling solar energy solutions to other businesses. This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, understanding their energy needs, and presenting tailored solar solutions. The executive will also negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Staying updated on industry trends and regulations is crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:  Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and approaching potential commercial clients through various channels like cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and online lead generation.  Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, understanding their energy consumption patterns, and identifying opportunities for solar solutions.  Sales Presentations and Proposal Development: Conducting site surveys, preparing compelling proposals outlining the benefits of solar energy, including financial analysis, and presenting them to clients.  Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating contract terms, closing sales deals, and ensuring a smooth transition for the client into the solar energy system.  Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise: Staying updated on the latest solar technologies, industry regulations, and financing options to effectively address client queries and provide informed solutions.  CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress within a CRM system.  Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.  Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector
