Business Development Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic business development associates to join our team at Wayscape solutions. The ideal candidates should have 0 to 4 years of experience in sales. You will be responsible for generating sales and maintaining strong customer relationships. You must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting products or services, handling inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.

Job description  Initiating calls, engaging customers, and closing sales.  Providing product information and handling queries.  Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries or complaints effectively.  Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers.  Plan and focus on the revenue generation.  Ensuring excellent customer experience and support.  Addressing grievances and assisting with resolutions.  Acting as a bridge between customers and the technical team.  Proactively reach out to customers using the leads provided.  Promote products and services effectively.  Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure retention.  Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism in customer interactions.  Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers: send a high volume of email communication to potential customers.  Responsible for meeting daily, monthly and quarterly targets.  Continuously enhance sales and product knowledge through training sessions and self-learning. Key Skills and Requirements  Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and any additional region
