Role: Broadband Champion (BB Champ) – Airtel
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new broadband customers through field sales.
Generate, track, and follow up on leads (door-to-door, walk-in, retail, etc.).
Explain Airtel broadband/Wi-Fi products, plans, and promotions to customers.
Convert leads into sales and meet/exceed monthly acquisition targets.
Provide basic customer support and ensure customer satisfaction post-installation.
Maintain accurate records in CRM / reporting systems.
Conduct regular visits in assigned territory (field job).
Cross-sell and up-sell Airtel services when possible.
Requirements
Education: Graduate preferred; 12th pass acceptable in some roles.
Experience: 0–2 years in sales (telecom/FMCG/field sales preferred). Freshers sometimes accepted.
Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer engagement.
Must be comfortable with field work and meeting people daily.
Local area knowledge is an advantage.
Own two-wheeler + valid driving license (in most locations).
Basic English + local language proficiency.
Work Conditions & Benefits
Full-time, field-based role (day shift).
Salary: approx. ₹17,000 – ₹25,000/month + incentives (varies by city).
