Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT Sales

Industry: Cyber Security Solutions Firm
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in IT Sales
Working Days: 5 Days Working (Alternate Saturdays Working )

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive – IT Sales with a strong background in IT product/service sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client meetings, and closing high-value deals, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.

  • Conduct field meetings with clients to understand their IT security needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Generate leads through both online and offline channels.

  • Handle the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations.

  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and solution documents.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales (preferably B2B or cybersecurity solutions).

  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales, including lead generation and closing.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field/client visits.
