Job Description

  • Visit customers and keep accurate records

  • Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
  • Generate leads and negotiate deals
Proficient in Microsoft software's (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SAP/ERP)

1. Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet company objectives and targets.
2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new opportunities for partnerships.
3. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise in terms of Quality/on time delivery, payment etc..
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.
5. Manage the procurement process from purchase order to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery of goods.
6. Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
7. Monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment parameters as needed to minirnize stock outs and overstock situations.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products.
9. Oversee the procurement budget and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial targets.
10. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to procurement activities.
11. Utilize inventory management software and tools to track inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and generate purchase
12. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline purchase processes and enhance efficiency.
13. Prepare and present regular reports and analysis on inventory performance, purchase metrics, and KPIs to management.
14. Estimate risks and apply risk mitigation techniques
15. Promote sustainability in the company, actively propose Bufab sustainable value to suppliers & Custorners
16. Encourage suppliers to follow and adhere with safety norms
