Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new Micro Enterprise (ME) customers through market visits and cold calls.

Manage and grow existing client relationships to enhance wallet share.

Conduct credit assessments and prepare loan proposals in line with policy.

Facilitate smooth loan disbursement and ensure proper documentation.

Collaborate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to streamline service delivery.

Monitor loan repayments, collections, and portfolio health.

Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high customer service standards.

Maintain MIS and report regularly on business performance.
