Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, meetings, and market
research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Regular travel is mandatory as part of the role.
Travel & Incentives:
• Candidate must be willing to travel.
• Traveling allowance: ₹4 per km.
• Performance-based incentives will be provided.
Device & Allowances Policy:
• Candidate must have their own laptop.
o Laptop allowance: ₹750 per month
• Candidate must have their own mobile phone.
o Mobile allowance: Up to ₹300 per month
o SIM card will be provided by the company
Eligibility Criteria:
• Experience in Business Development / Sales preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with field work and frequent travel.
