Job Description:

Equitas Small Finance Bank is hiring Business Development Officers (BDO) for its Ahmedabad branches. This role involves field sales activities focused on acquiring new customers and promoting the bank’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

Field sales and customer acquisition
Promote banking products (CASA, Current Account , Saving Account, Credit card etc.)
Generate leads through field visits and local market activities
Maintain customer relationships and provide basic product information
Coordinate with branch teams for documentation and onboarding

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers & recent graduates are welcome
Graduation in any discipline
Candidate must be Ahmedabad local
Two-wheeler mandatory (with valid license)
Willingness to work in field sales
Good communication skills and presentable personality
