Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our HVAC Sales team. The ideal candidate will support lead generation, client coordination, and sales activities while gaining hands-on exposure to the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the HVAC segment
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, emails, and site visits
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, projects) for client requirements
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, proposals, and order confirmations
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records
- Conduct basic market and competitor analysis
- Participate in client meetings and site surveys when required
