About the Role
We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle international customer queries for the Altice process. The role involves assisting customers, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience through voice-based support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Follow company processes and quality guidelines
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria
Good English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in evening/night shifts
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹20,100 per month
In-hand Salary: ₹18,150 per month (after deductions)
Night Shift Allowance: ₹4,000 per month
Total Monthly In-hand: ₹22,150 + Incentives
