Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and local trends.
Pitch company products/services effectively to decision-makers and influencers.
Plan and execute daily/weekly sales routes and achieve assigned sales targets.
Generate leads through field activity, cold calls, and networking.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions and act as a brand ambassador.
Provide market feedback to the management team to help shape strategy and new opportunities.
