Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Field Sales Professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take full ownership of sales targets, customer relationships, and market development. The ideal candidate acts as a mini-entrepreneur — identifying opportunities, closing deals, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Conduct market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and local trends.

• Pitch company products/services effectively to decision-makers and influencers.

• Plan and execute daily/weekly sales routes and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Generate leads through field activity, cold calls, and networking.

• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.

• Represent the company professionally in all interactions and act as a brand ambassador.

• Provide market feedback to the management team to help shape strategy and new opportunities.
