Job Description

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Develop and implement area sales strategies to increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and merchandising at retail points.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches.
Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and share insights with management.
Manage collections and ensure timely payments from distributors and customers.
Train and support the sales team or field representatives to enhance productivity
